Why I Chose Psychiatry

I understand how difficult it can be to feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or uncertain about whether things will ever truly change. I’ve worked with so many people who carry their struggles quietly, doing their best to hold everything together while feeling alone inside.

You are not alone.

You deserve care that truly meets you where you are. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My goal isn’t to label or fix you. My goal is to listen, understand, and collaborate with you to develop a plan that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your unique needs and values.

I’ve seen the impact that genuine, compassionate care can have. I love watching people take back control of their lives and tap into strengths they didn’t even know they had. That’s what I’m here to help you do: reconnect with your resilience, rediscover your sense of self, and move forward with clarity.

Helping people heal and reconnect isn’t just a job to me. It’s a calling. That’s why I take the time to tailor each treatment plan to the individual, so you feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Whether you’re going through a transition, managing daily stress, or processing long-held pain, we’ll work together to find what truly helps. This process is about enhancing your quality of life, allowing you to feel more fulfilled, grounded, and authentic.

“I believe in meeting each person where they are with empathy, respect, and clinical insight. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered in their mental health journey.”

A Bit About Me

Outside of my work as a nurse practitioner, I enjoy staying active and curious through hobbies that keep me balanced and inspired. I love hiking and traveling, always eager to explore new places and culture especially through their food. Whether it’s trying out a hidden local spot or attempting a new recipe at home, I enjoy the adventure of discovering new flavors.

At home, I spend my downtime with my two dogs, who keep life fun and full of energy. I also enjoy reading a wide range of books and am always on the lookout for new hobbies that spark creativity and growth.
