How Can I Manage Anxiety and ADHD During the Holiday Season?
Have you ever felt like the holiday season is more of a whirlwind than…
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed. My role is to listen closely, understand what is really going on beneath the surface to help you move toward clarity and balance on your terms.”
— David
I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in anxiety, burnout, or emotional pain. I’ve been there. And that’s exactly why I do this work. I’m here to create a safe space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard without judgment or pressure. My goal isn’t to label or fix you; it’s to help you better understand yourself and support you in finding real relief and clarity. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, dealing with stress at work, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, we’ll work together to find what actually helps. This process is about making your life feel more aligned and more your own.
I didn’t enter this field from the outside. I’ve lived it. My own struggles with anxiety and depression grew out of family conflict, career pressure, and relationship challenges. And for a long time, I didn’t know how to get out of that fog.
Finding my way through that changed everything for me. Now, helping others do the same isn’t just my job, it’s what I’m meant to do.
I commonly work with people experiencing:
When I’m not meeting with clients, I’m usually with my wife and daughter. We love cooking together, going on trips, or just spending time as a family. I’m also a lifelong fan of the Dodgers and Clippers, and I try to catch games every year. And when I need to reset, I pick up my guitar. Playing music helps me feel grounded and creative—and reminds me to slow down and reconnect.
Amazing! Peak Wellness Psychiatry has helped me out a lot! A great provider I recommend this place to others I’ve been with him for almost a year and everything’s working out for me
My provider was great. Really helped me through a dark time through a combination of meds, sounds, and other ways to cope.
I am a nurse who was struggling with workplace anxiety and having onset of panic attacks. I have always steered towards being treated by nurse practitioners and my provider has been extremely helpful.
I have been a patient for a year and a half now. Historically, my psychiatric care has involved heavy-handed medications that left me feeling like I wasn't myself when I was on them. They use a holistic approach to psychiatric care and work with you to find the right balance of medications to treat whatever condition you may have.
They do more than just write a prescription and end the appointment after five minutes. I feel like he really listens to what I have to say, and that he genuinely wants me to get better. I appreciate all the hard work he's put into treating me so far.
Really great program. I love how they have looked at all aspects of my life and not just what medication that I am taking. I think if you are looking for great progressive and functional care professionals this place is the way to go!
I've been seeing my provider for over a year now and it has been the best psychiatry experience I've had to date. My provider is not the type of provider to just write you a prescription and then send a bill. He focuses on treating the entire mind and body holistically.
My provider is very thoughtful with his approach to mental health and the psychiatry industry. I was surprised to find a telehealth mental health specialist who actually took insurance but even more, so who also looked at every part of my life. I thought holistic just meant organic or crunchy, but he has totally changed my mind and mental health!
