Meet Me

Hi, I’m Jack.

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who blends medication support with practical, skills-based therapy so you leave each visit with something you can use right away. My approach is down-to-earth, clear, and collaborative. I’m here to listen—not judge—and to understand what’s getting in the way of your daily life. Our sessions will be collaborative, open, and insightful, tailored to your needs. We’ll set priorities together, keep plans realistic, and make adjustments along the way.

I believe small, consistent changes lead to meaningful results. If mental health care has felt daunting, my job is to make it manageable and straightforward. Care should fit your life—not the other way around.

If this resonates, let’s talk. My door is open.

Conditions I Help With

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, postpartum changes, challenges with mood, relationship or marital stress, and recovery from substance or alcohol use. I also support those times when something just feels off, even if it’s hard to name.

I commonly work with people experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Relationship or family stress

  • ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders

  • Life transitions and emotional overwhelm

  • Substance or alcohol addiction and recovery support

  • Medication support as part of a holistic plan and more.

Why I Chose Psychiatry

Real healing and recovery begin when we address mental health. Psychiatry helps surface and heal underlying, unresolved trauma that can quietly shape our lives for years. I chose this field because it lets me pair neuroscience with human connection—listening closely, asking important questions, and turning what we learn into small, doable steps. Together, we develop insight and shift perspectives in ways that lighten everyday life.

A Bit About Me

My time is spent with family, friends, and hobbies. I enjoy boxing, sneaking in early-morning golf rounds when the course is quiet, and unwinding with anime. Most days end with a long walk with my dog—that’s my reset.

You schedule first, then we check your benefits using the insurance information you give us. You get your estimated cost in writing before your visit. If it doesn’t work for you, you can cancel before your first visit with no cancellation fee.

Many of our patients choose not to use insurance. Our current self-pay rates are $289 for your first visit and $169 for return visits. You get your price in writing before your visit, same as everyone else. You can pay with an HSA or FSA card.

Getting started is easy. Just choose a time that works for you from the schedule below. Once you book, your appointment is set. No waitlist or screening call needed.

Your first visit is up to a full hour by video, so you can be at home instead of in a waiting room. I ask what has been going on, what you have already tried, and what you want to change. You leave with a clear plan for what comes next.

Medication is one part of what I do. I also help you with improving your focus and productivity, sleep, daily habits, and the emotions and thoughts that affect your mental health. During your visits I provide supportive therapy, focused on the results you came here for.

I take on fewer patients by choice, with longer visits, so I have more time for you. You see me at every visit, not whoever is available. I know your story and what you have already tried.

Easy. You can send unlimited messages directly to us from your phone or computer using our patient portal.

What Our Patients Say

Our practice rating, 4.9 out of 5 from 54 patient reviews.

The medication Jack started me on made all the difference. I feel so much better since I started this for ADHD. It is nice not having my mind wander every five minutes and to just sit and focus. I wish I had done this 10 years ago.

—Elliot

Jack is very kind and attentive to my concerns. I feel very comfortable speaking to him at length about my challenges. He is on time and makes the process seamless and straightforward.

—Sloane

Very easy and intuitive for scheduling. I got an appointment within a few days and was seen. I like that Jack takes more time than many other places I have been to, because a lot of places do short 15 minute visits, whereas these are actually long enough to address everything I want to address. I covered almost everything I wanted in my initial visit, and what we could not cover we addressed in the next visit. I am very happy here and my medication is working well.
