My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more at home in yourself again. Healing does not have to be rushed. With thoughtful care and consistent support, many people find their confidence returning and their lives becoming more manageable.

I provide psychiatric care that focuses on the whole person. I take time to understand your emotional health, daily stressors, physical well being, relationships, and the broader context of your life.

Medication may be part of your care when appropriate, but it is never the only focus. We work together to create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with what helps you feel more steady and grounded over time.
