Get personalized, compassionate care that meets you where you are

If you are on this page, you may be experiencing symptoms that impact your focus, energy, or emotional well-being.

One issue you are likely facing is finding someone who looks at the whole picture so that you get the best possible outcome.

I get it.  It is frustrating when you are trying to get help, but you keep running into providers who either do not listen or only treat surface symptoms rather than address the root cause.

You deserve care that addresses your strengths, respects your values, and supports profound, lasting change. Anything less than this would be settling when we both know you deserve the very best care.

Getting help shouldn’t feel like a maze.

I offer personalized psychiatric care that blends medical insight with a deep understanding of how lifestyle, relationships, stress, and meaning all play a role in your mental health.

Why I Chose Psychiatry

How I View Psychiatry Treatment

When your thoughts won’t slow down, your mood keeps dipping, or your stress feels unmanageable, it’s easy to think something’s wrong with you.

You may have tried different medications or providers, but left feeling like the medicines did not address all the issues.

You are not alone. These are real, treatable challenges.

I provide psychiatric care that looks at the whole picture: mind, body, lifestyle, and values.

That might include medication, but also involves examining sleep, nutrition, relationships, purpose, and stress patterns.

My approach blends clinical precision with a grounded, holistic mindset that prioritizes what actually works for you and not just what’s “standard.”

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of individuals find not only lasting relief, but reclaim their clarity, and feel more at home in their lives again.

I appreciate how informed they are about my psychiatric treatment from other providers. They are good about sending messages to my therapist and getting a response back so they know what I am working on. Then we talk more about it during my medication visits to reinforce what we discussed.

My provider is very thoughtful with his approach to mental health and the psychiatry industry. I was surprised to find a telehealth mental health specialist who actually took insurance but even more, so who also looked at every part of my life. I thought holistic just meant organic or crunchy, but he has totally changed my mind and mental health!

—Ellie

I was initially very uncomfortable with addressing the ADHD because I did not want to be dependent on medications. The way my provider explained it to me is that if somebody were taking insulin for diabetes, they would still take their medication and it would help. He explained it in understandable terms that made me open to the medications. I am due to start soon and I expect it will have a good effect, because I have had these problems for a while. I did not feel rushed at all, and he is very judicious about choosing the right one for me based on my symptoms, which I appreciated.
