Appointments are fairly easy to get scheduled. If I need to make a change between appointments, Jack is good about getting back to me and giving me the link to reschedule, which is nice. Sometimes I have meetings come up and I am not always able to attend, but he is flexible. They send me the scheduling link after each appointment to make it easy. One thing I would recommend is sending reminders before the appointment, because reminders can go to my spam, but I did get the text message, so that works too.

I highly recommend this if you are looking for fast, efficient, and longer visits. My assessment with Charlene went very well. I came away with great clarity and understanding of what I need to do for my school accommodations. She gave me a clear plan going forward. She makes the paperwork very easy, which I appreciate for getting my ADHD accommodations. I have not needed the messaging between visits yet, but it is there and it looks easy to access. I have the app so I can get questions answered. I like that I do not have to call for things. Calling is still an option, but messaging makes it easier because I work long days.

On my first visit I was thoroughly impressed. Within minutes, Jonathan identified a medication that had been causing side effects that I had been on for a long time from my primary care provider. I definitely will not be taking that anymore after I talk to them about it. Great first appointment and an excellent provider. He listens to me and did not dismiss my symptoms at all. He understood quickly what my main symptoms are. What I like is that he helped me prioritize what is most important to address first, and he explained how treating my main symptoms first would benefit the other symptoms. A great way of simplifying it, and I feel genuinely supported.

Before you are seen, our billing department will contact your insurance to check eligibility if you have included your full insurance information. If your insurance later tells us that your insurance is out of network or not covered, then we will notify you of this. Please note that in order to receive service you must be 18 years or older and physically located in California, Arizona, Washington, or Nevada at the time of each appointment. Your provider must be licensed in the state where you are located when the visit takes place, so we are not able to see you while you are outside these four states. Additionally, we do not provide disability evaluations, worker’s compensation evaluations, or ESA letters.
In-network insurance with covered services will be charged according to your insurance benefits if you provide us with your full insurance information. You can provide us with your insurance info when you go to schedule.
If you are self-pay or your insurance plan is out of network, then the self-pay rate is $289 for initial appointments and $169 for follow-up appointments. HSA and FSA are also accepted too for convenience.
Appointment scheduling is easy. Typically, we have availability within 4 days. There is an online calendar where you can pick the date and time of your appointment. You simply provide us with some basic information such as your name and how we can help and then you are well on your way to an appointment.
A secure Zoom video appointment link will be sent to your email after you schedule and complete your online intake form. For your appointment, pick a comfortable place and simply login to your Zoom video appointment link for your appointment. During your visit, your psychiatric provider will listen carefully to your specific concerns to collaboratively develop a treatment plan to help you to thrive at your best!
