Cancelation Policy
If it is less than 48 hours before the appointment please and you wish to cancel or reschedule, then please contact us via Spruce App or info@peakwellnesspsych.com. Cancellations 24-48 hours prior incur a $100 fee; Cancelation less than 24 hours or no-shows incur the full cash rate ($289 initial, $159 follow-up). If at the time of your appointment, you are out of the state where your appointment is registered then this will be considered a no show.
