This service involves an in-depth comprehensive structured interview concerning your full history and present concerns, formulating a diagnosis, and making treatment recommendations. Based on your health needs, we may also plan for baseline laboratory testing.

Depending on the situation, your provider may or may not recommend medications during this visit. In order to prevent duplicate prescriptions and medication errors, Peak Wellness Psychiatry generally do not refill existing medications until they have had a chance to review treatment records and/or contact your previous psychiatric provider.
