Effortlessly book your online psychiatry appointment below. Once you've chosen a convenient time and date, you will be prompted to securely provide your personal information and insurance details.


Additionally, we kindly request that you securely input your credit or debit card information to have it on file for your appointment. If you have provided us with your full insurance information, our billing department will verify your eligibility with your insurance. For in-network insurance, the charges will be processed in advance based on your benefits. 


The cost for out-of-network insurance, non-coverage, or self-pay is $289 for initial and $159 for follow-up appointments.

Simply fill out your name and a few details about yourself. Once you have scheduled and completed your online intake form, you will receive a Zoom video appointment link sent to your email. 


Your appointment will not be finalized without completing the intake form.

  • Do you take insurance?

    We accept most major insurances. For a full list of insurance, see below. Before you are seen, our billing department will contact your insurance to check eligibility if you have included your full insurance information. If your insurance later tells us that your insurance is out of network or not covered, then we will notify you of this.   • What do visits cost?

    In-network insurance with covered services will be charged according to your insurance benefits if you provide us with your full insurance information. You can provide us with your insurance info when you go to schedule. 


    If you are self-pay or your insurance plan is out of network, then the self-pay rate is $289 for initial appointments and $159 for follow-up appointments. HSA and FSA are also accepted too for convenience.


  • What are wait times for new appointments?

    Appointment scheduling is easy. Typically, we have availability within 4 days. There is an online calendar where you can pick the date and time of your appointment. You simply provide us with some basic information such as your name and how we can help and then you are well on your way to an appointment.

  • What happens after I schedule?

    A secure Zoom video appointment link will be sent to your email after you schedule and complete your online intake form. For your appointment, pick a comfortable place and simply login to your Zoom video appointment link for your appointment.  During your visit, your psychiatric provider will listen carefully to your specific concerns to collaboratively develop a treatment plan to help you to thrive at your best!


  • How do I get my medication?

    Your psychiatric provider can easily send your prescriptions to your local pharmacy or mail-order pharmacy.
